Shelby D was amazing, she went above and beyond. We stopped after a long night of driving from Nashville Tennessee and she made our entire night. The food was amazing also but the atmosphere just made the visit superior.

Traveling home from a girls trip in Nashville and had to stop, we stumbled on this little gem and we are beyond impressed. Shelby D is a phenomenal server, personable, authentic and sweet as pie, she gave informative input on menu picks and we are beyond happy with our meals, not to mention the prices are unbeatable. Thank you Shleby if we didn't live 3 plus hours away we would be back a hundred times.

Some of the best wings I've eaten, very big in size sauce was great on them and worth the money

A decent place to eat. They were short staffed this particular day but our server let us know, checked in multiple times to keep us updated and ensured we were taken care of. Food was decent, the onion feathers were crispy, wings were done right and the burger was tasty with a char grilled flavor. A couple of us also got half salads and we were surprised how big they were. Larger than typical side salads.

I placed a takeout order and the food was hot and ready when I arrived for pick up! The host staff was so nice and even offered to help me carry it to my car. Good customer service goes a long way!

We did carry out tonight. Struggled to order online so we called it in. Great service over the phone. Got there and food was brought to the car quickly after calling to say I arrived. Then got home and food was marked on the go boxes, dumpster sauce for the fries were separate which was perfect so the fries didnt get soggy, food was excellent. We finished eating and then I got a call from the restaurant to check on the service of the carry out. I was so confused at first but man did that impress me! They cared about our service even when we got take out and took the time to follow up after the fact. I have never had that kinda follow up from any restaurant in my life. The service has really stepped up at Roosters!

I do not usually go to chain restaurants, but this was within walking distance to where we stayed. This is a casual eatery that specializes in chicken wings. The place was not crowded for a Friday night, so we got a table immediately. Our server was friendly and efficient. I ordered a beer, and it was served in no time. For dinner, I had the Nashville Hot dry rubbed chicken wings. They were tasty, a little chewy, but no heat. Nashville Hot is supposed to give you a bit of spiciness, but this rub did not deliver the heat. Also had the pretzel sticks with nacho cheese dip. These were tasty, soft, and pretty good.
